What would you do if you were Mels and Ellen and you wanted a baby? Ask Rob, Mels' gay brother, of course, and then do the insemination at home... sounds easy enough, but it won't be...

Ellen insists that first they must tell Mels and Rob's parents. mom is a good hearted revisionist -- viewing her boy as perfect (oh, she can overlook the whole gay thing), and Mels as less so. Mel's loses it when mom is unable to see that Rob is the donor, not the father. things go from bad to worse, and it takes an awful blow up for the three to get back on track, but when they do, things still don't seem to go their way....

Donor is s humorous story of relationships, family , and what it means to be a parent, especially when to become one, you must depend on your sibling for help.

Donor was made with pretty much no money, a lot of talent, and not much sleep.
